English Journalist Shares How Virat Kohli Won His Love And Respect

The man with a golden heart, Virat Kohli, never fails to win our hearts with his amazing gestures. Ahead of the first opening match against England on Wednesday, Kohli won hearts on social media with his kind gesture towards the young kids at Trent Bridge.

Before the match kickstarted at the Trent Bridge, he gifted his cricket spikes and a mini bat to the kids present at the stadium. Needless to say, the kids were delighted after receiving the priceless gift from one of the greats of cricket. The kids were seen posing with the mini bat and shoes they received from King Kohli.

Meanwhile, fans on social media were impressed with the kind gesture of the Indian skipper. Fans and experts showered praises for him as images and videos of the incident went viral on social media.

Among many, an English journalist named Dan Whiting took to his Twitter and posted a heartfelt tweet for Virat. In his tweet, he revealed how the kind gesture of Virat has won his heart. He wrote:

“Not Kohli’s biggest fan but to give a young kid his boots, beautiful gesture. That kid will be buzzing tonight. #ENGvsIND”

Meanwhile, the Indian cricket team dominated the game on the first day at Nottingham as they bowled out England on 183 and then added 21/0 before stumps. The game also marked the return of India’s pace sensation Jasprit Bumrah to his impeccable form. He bagged four wickets while giving the England batsmen nightmares with his mesmerizing spells.
