Fans Are Trolling Krunal Pandya After Sri Lanka Thrashed India In T20 Series Final: The Sri Lankan cricket team easily thrashed team India in the series decider by seven wickets and won the series by 2-1. The Indian side suffered a horrendous batting collapse as they scored their third-lowest T20I total in the game last night.
Despite winning the 1st of the 3-match T20I series comfortably, India was beaten comprehensively in the third game. However, one can’t blame team India much as they just didn’t have enough batting options.
For the unversed, team India had only five batsmen to play with, as eight cricketers of the Indian squad had to be isolated apart from Krunal Pandya, who tested positive for Coronavirus.
Meanwhile, fans on Twitter believe that it was Krunal Pandya’s fault as the all-rounder’s positive COVID-19 test resulted in eight other players being isolated too. Apart from Krunal Pandya, fans also trolled Shikhar Dhawan and Sanju Samson for not making most of their chances.

Talking about the game, the Sri Lankan bowlers wreaked havoc and gave nightmares to the Indian cricketers with Wanindu Hasaranga, emerging out as the hero for the Sri Lankan side as he returned figures of 4 for 9. On the other hand, skipper Dasun Shanaka scalped 2 wickets.
Talking about the Indian side, Kuldeep Yadav top-scored with 23 not-out, while Shikhar Dhawan, Sanju Samson, and Varun Chakravarthy were dismissed on a duck. This was the 4th time India has 3 batsmen dismissed on ducks in an innings. The Indian cricket team was bundled up at 81/8, which is their third-lowest T20I total.
