Virat Kohli once again proved why he is called ‘King Kohli’ as he came to England skipper Joe Root’s rescue after he went down with cramps.
Joe Root was seen in an amazing form on the first day of the ongoing test match. The England skipper toiled the Indian bowler as he managed to score a powerful 100 in his 100th international Test match. He scored batted long hours during his knock and as a result of which, he got cramps by the time of penultimate over of the day was getting bowled. He slog-swept Ravi Ashwin and soon fell down on the ground.
It was that moment when the Indian skipper, Virat Kohli turned came to his rescue. Virat rushed to Joe Root and helped him stretch his legs, which brought Root some relief.
