Glenn Maxwell scored the second-fastest World Cup century when he reached the milestone in 51 deliveries during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Pool A match between Australia and Sri Lanka at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Sunday. The record for the fastest century in World Cup history is held by Ireland’s Kevin O’Brien. O’Brien scored the fastest hundred in 50 deliveries against England in the ICC World Cup 2011.
