Former Indian cricketer and the current President of BCCI Mr. Sourav Ganguly will go down as one of the most fearless batsman in the history of this game. He is hailed as one of the greatest Indian skippers of all time, having led the Indian team to many milestones under his leadership.

Recently, he talked about his Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Presidency term, a role which he started in October 2019. In an interview with Sportskeeda, Ganguly disclosed his salry that he receives from the BCCI as the President of the Indian board.




He revealed that he receives no salary from BCCI and described his Presidency as an “honorary job”. As a cricketer, he said that “I don’t think I could have asked for more” and also talked about his cricket administrative career. But the former Indian skipper earns income through several other sources like his brand endorsements and by hosting the show ‘Dadagiri’ in approximately 75 episodes across 6 months in a year

According to caknowledge.com, Sourav Ganguly’s networth is estimates to be around ₹416 crore (US$55.5 million) as of July 2020. The networth of Ganguly also comprises of his past earning while playing for team India and in the IPL.

As per the reports, he receives a sum of INR .1.35 crore (US$180) annually from Puma because of his endorsement commitments. He also earns more than INR 1 crore as the brand ambassador of DTDC Express Limited. Apart from these brands, Ganguly also endorses JSW Cement, Ajanta Shoes, My11 Circle, Tata Tetley, Essilor Lens and Senco Gold.
