The 33 year old focusses a lot on his fitness. Mohammed Shami highlighted his commitment to fitness, expressing that despite lifting substantial weights—such as bench-pressing 150 kg and leg-pressing 750 kg—he prefers not to showcase these feats on social media. Shami emphasized his focus on the actual training rather than seeking online validation, acknowledging that some might underestimate his efforts due to his lack of online sharing.

“I doubt many people lift more weights than I do. But I do not put it on social media. I do not have that interest in putting it online and that is why, people may think that I am not doing it. I bench-press 150 kg and in leg exercises, I can leg-press 750 kg,” Shami said on his fitness routine.
