A funny video of India cricketer Ishan Kishan has gone viral on the internet and the fans can’t stop laughing at the left-hander who was seen enjoying the dance of the crowd in Colombo during the India vs Bangladesh match on Friday in the Asia Cup 2023.
The R Premadasa Stadium hosted the last match of the Super 4 round between India and Bangladesh. Since the hosts were not involved in this match there was little crowd in attendance for this dead rubber – India had already qualified for the final while Bangladesh were already knocked out of the tournament.
During India’s innings, Ishan Kishan scored only 5 runs in 15 balls in the chase of the target of 266 runs and was sitting in the dugout near the boundary line when the cameraman showed some of the people dancing in the crowd, including a cute little girl who looked less than the age of 10.
This was also shown on the big screen in the stadium. Ishan Kishan was also watching the dance of the crowd and enjoying it. Soon after, the camera panned on Kishan and he gave out a big, heary laugh at the camera man.

Shreyas Iyer could replace Ishan Kishan in the final
India and Sri Lanka will meet in the Asia Cup 2023 final on Sunday in Colombo. Ishan Kishan might lose his place if Shreyas Iyer is fit again. Iyer missed the Super 4 round matches against Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh due to the back spasms he picked up just before the Pakistan match.
KL Rahul came in the side and slammed a brilliant century and followed it up with another good knock vs Sri Lanka. Kishan, who had started the tournament with a terrific 82 vs Pakistan, struggled on the spinning pitches in Colombo in Super 4 round, scoring 33 (61) vs Sri Lanka and 5 (15) vs Bangladesh. If Shreyas Iyer is fit for the final, he could come in the side for Kishan.
