IND vs NZ: Dream11 Prediction, Fantasy Cricket Tips, Dream11 Team, Playing XI For 3rd ODI Between India vs New Zealand

India and New Zealand will contest in the third ODI of the ongoing series, the final game of this tour. The match, which will decide whether the series ends in a New Zealand victory or a draw, will be played at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch on Wednesday.

For Shikhar Dhawan’s side, it is everything to play for in the 3rd ODI as the hosts lead the series 1-0 after two games.

New Zealand won the first ODI in Auckland by 7 wickets, chasing down 307 with 17 balls left on the back of Tom Latham’s 145* (104) and captain Kane Williamson’s 94*(98) and their mammoth, unbreachable partnership. The second ODI in Hamilton was reduced to 29 overs per side due to rain, and then was eventually washed out with only 12.5 overs of India’s batting possible.

New Zealand will want to win the series as they prepare for the 2023 ODI WC, while the second-string Indian side, which won the T20I series 1-0, will hope to level the series and go back home on a positive note. This presents another opportunity for the fringe players in the Indian team.

Venue: Hagley Oval, Christchurch

India vs New Zealand 3rd ODI Predicted playing XIs:

James Neesham missed the first two ODIs due to a niggle. If he is fit, he is likely to replace Daryl Mitchell. New Zealand had also dropped Adam Milne for Michael Bracewell. Expect a mostly unchanged XI from the hosts.

New Zealand predicted XI:

Finn Allen, Devon Conway, Kane Williamson (c), Daryl Mitchell/Neesham, Tom Latham (wk), Glenn Phillips, Mitchell Santner, Michael Bracewell, Matt Henry, Tim Southee, Lockie Ferguson

India dropped Sanju Samson and Shardul Thakur from the first ODI to include Deepak Hooda, a batting all-rounder to give support to the 5 bowlers, and Deepak Chahar. With both Hooda and Chahar not getting any chance to make an impact in the washed-out 2nd ODI, expect India to stick to their XI from the 2nd ODI.

India predicted XI:

Shikhar Dhawan (c), Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant (wk), Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Hooda, Washington Sundar, Deepak Chahar, Umran Malik, Arshdeep Singh, Yuzvendra Chahal

IND vs NZ Match Pitch Report for 3rd ODI:

The surface at the Hagley Oval, Christchurch, has traditionally been batting-friendly and the short boundaries are again going to help the batters. However, expect assistance for new ball fast bowler, especially while bowling fires, and spinners would come into the game in the second innings as the surface wears on.
