IND vs NZ Match Prediction: Who Will Win The 2nd ODI Between India vs New Zealand?

After going down 1-0 in the T20I series, (although that could have as easily been 1-1 if India had scored 1 run lesser before rain stopped play) Tom Latham and Kane Williamson headlined as New Zealand took a 1-0 lead in the 3-ODI series.

Chasing a par sizeable target of 307, New Zealand were in a pickle at 88/3 before Williamson and Latham joined hands to produce a record-breaking partnership of 221* runs from 165 balls.

Man of the Match Tom Latham ransacked 145 unbeaten runs from 104 balls, stroking 19 fours and 5 sixes in his terrifically paced innings, while Kane Williamson played a typical Kane Williamson knock, anchoring from his end and remained not out on 94 from 98 balls with the help of 7 fours and a six.

Indian bowlers looked bereft of any plans, and whatever they had were just plain poor, as Latham and Williamson’s partnership grew.

India will aim to bounce back in the second ODI, slated for Sunday in Hamilton.
