Umesh Yadav bowled brilliantly in the recently concluded ODI series against New Zealand. Yadav is arguably the fastest bowler in India but he has always received criticism for being inconsistent with line and length.
But in the recently concluded 5-match series, Umesh Yadav gave consistent breaks to India with the new ball. Yadav bowled consistently over 140 km/h and swung the ball both ways. Yadav’s biggest strength is to take swing the ball at pace and he did exactly that with the new ball throughout the series.
In the fifth match, Umesh Yadav bowled just 4 overs and took 1 wicket for 28 runs. Yadav bowled an absolute jaffa to Martin Guptil and dismissed him in the first over.
