Virat Kohli replaced MS Dhoni as the wicketkeeper ahead of the 43rd over of the Bangladesh innings during the first One-Day International against India at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Dhaka on Thursday. With regular wicketkeeper and captain MS Dhoni going off the field for some reason at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium, Kohli took the big gloves and stood behind the stumps as paceman Umesh Yadav ran in and bowled the 44th over. At the time, the Bangladesh were 264/5. This move reminded us of former India skipper and legendary batsman Rahul Dravid, who performed all duties on the field during his illustrious career, including wicketkeeping and bowling part-time bowling.
