Former England skipper Michael Vaughan is one of the most controversial personalities of the cricket world. The full-time cricket pundit is known for making controversial remarks about the Virat Kohli-led Team India on social media. And once again, Vaughan has managed to steal all the limelight on social media and upset the Indian cricket fans.
Ahead of Day 5 of the ongoing World Test Championship final between India and New Zealand at the Ageas Bowl on Monday, Vaughan took to his twitter and tried to take a sly dig at team India. In his tweet, he opined that Kane Williamson’s New Zealand would have won the summit clash if it was contested in the northern side of England. He wrote:

Meanwhile, talking about the game, the Day 5 of the WTC Final saw team India stage an impressive comeback in the rain-marred match during the opening session. India’s sensational pacer Mohammed Shami picked two wickets while Ishant Sharma bagged the scalp of Henry Nicholls to restrict the New Zealanders on 135/5 in the 1st session.
