IPL 2016: David Miller registered his first duck in the IPL

David Miller is a very destructive T20 batsman but he hasn’t been in the best of form, in the ongoing 9th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2016). Miller, who started the season as Kings XI Punjab’s skipper, stepped down in the middle of the tournament but that also didn’t make a lot of difference in his batting form. Miller is one of the most destructive weapons in Kings XI Punjab’s armory, and his lack of form has hurt KXIP very badly.

In the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday, Miller registered his first ever duck in IPL. Miller was the only batsman to score 1000 (or more) IPL runs without registering a duck.

David Miller registered his first duck in the IPL when he was stumped off the bowling of Yuzvendra Chahal. However, the South African remains the only batsman to have scored more than 1000 IPL runs (1450 to be precise) without a naught.
