Indian batsmen have been in outstanding form in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2018). These days, young batters don’t show too much respect to bowlers in T20 cricket and believe in expressing themselves right from the first ball of the game.

Well, we can’t blame them too much because T20 is a very shot format and everything happens very quickly in the middle. One good (or bad) over can change the complexion of the game and this is why ‘big hitting’ has become a very important aspect of batting in T20 cricket.

In IPL 2018, Indian batsmen, both young and established, have been in outstanding form. The likes of MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and others have scored runs consistently for their teams and contributed in winning causes. On the other hand, the young guns like Rishabh Pant, Sanju Samson, Shreyas Iyer, Surya Kumar Yadav, Nitish Rana and other have impressed one and all with their good, consistent batting in IPL 2018.
