IPL 2022: Predicted XIs For KKR vs GT

Jatin KhandelwalBy Jatin Khandelwal22/04/2022Updated:08/02/2023No Comments2 Mins Read

IPL 2022: Table-toppers Gujarat Titans will take on the inconsistent Kolkata Knight Riders on Saturday afternoon at the DY Patil Stadium.

The Titans have emerged as an early title contender having won 5 of their 6 matches so far. They, in fact, have found a match-winner in every game; in their last match, versus Chennai Super Kings, it was David Miller who stepped up in the IPL after a long time.

Shreyas Iyer’s team, on the other hand, are on a three-match losing streak; before that, they had won three of their first four matches this season and would now want to get back to winning ways. KKR are coming off a close 7-run loss to Rajasthan.

Gujarat Titans:

Pandya missed the GT’s last game due to an injury and if he’s fit, he is likely to replace Vijay Shankar who has struggled horribly this season. Abhinav Manohar, in that case, could get a promotion to number 3.

GT predicted XI: Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Shubman Gill, Vijay Shankar/Hardik Pandya (C), David Miller, Abhinav Manohar, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan, Alzarri Joseph, Lockie Ferguson, Yash Dayal, Mohammed Shami
