Rajasthan Royals Has Taken A Big Step Against Their Own Team: The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League is all set to kick-off from tomorrow, however, ahead of the much-awaited league, a controversy on social media has grabbed everyone’s attention.

Well, in a now-deleted Tweet, the admin of Rajasthan Royals had shared an edited picture of Samson sitting in the bus. The Royals’ social media team management made use of some filters to make it look funnier. The image was captioned as “Kya khoob lagte ho.”

However, the captain seemed unhappy with their approach and took to Twitter to express his disappointment over the same. Slamming the social media team of RR, Sanju wrote:

“Its ok for friends to do all this but teams should be professional. @rajasthanroyals,”

Rajasthan went on to delete the tweet in no time, but the fans on social media were quick to share the screenshots of the same. There were claims that Sanju Samson has officially unfollowed the RR’s official page as well.

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan Royals have issued an official statement after their captain was offended by the team’s latest social media prank. RR took to their social media and released the official statement of the team, where in they have made it crystal clear that after the latest incident, they will be making changes to their team and approach on social media. The statement read:

“In light of today’s events, we will be making changes to our approach and team on social media. Everything is well within the squad ahead of the first game as the boys prepare for SRH. The management will revisit our overall digital strategy and appoint a new team in due course. We realise that it is the IPL season and fans want the account to post updates regularly. We will find temporary solutions in the interim,”
