Suyash Prabhudessai turned the heat on right from the word go, in his debut match for the Royal Challengers Bangalore, in IPL 2022. Prabhudessai hails from Goa and he was bought by RCB for INR 30 lakh, which seemed a bargain after he played a blinder against Chennai Super Kings on Tuesday.

Suyash Prabhudessai batted very aggressively and showed absolutely no signs of nerves against CSK’s experienced bowling unit .

Prabhudessai has been consistent run-scorer for Goa and he is also a very useful sixth bowling option in domestic cricket.

Suyash Prabhudessai has one century and eight half-centuries in 19 First Class matches. In his T20 career, Suyash has played 22 matches and scored 443 runs at a healthy average of over 31.

One of the turning points of Suyash Prabhudeasi’s career was IPL 2019 auction, in which which he went unsold and started working on his finishing skills soon after. As a result, he scored more runs for Goa, ultimately leading to a bid by the mighty RCB in the IPL 2022 mega-auction.

Prabhudessai is also a brilliant fielder and the whole cricketing world admired his brilliant fielding skills, when he dived full length to his right and dismissed Moeen Ali. It was one of the highlights of the match, and many fans believe that it is an early contender for the best fielding effort of IPL 2022.
