Suryakumar Yadav, Rohit Sharma, Tilak Varma, and Ishan Kishan debuted the Mumbai Indians‘ official playing uniform for the Indian Premier League 2023 on Friday.
For the new season, the classic blue and gold pattern has been kept but with many new, detailed additions.
The five-time champions introduced the new jersey alongside a video that explained the inspiration for the kit’s design. Using symbols of the magnificent city, like the renowned Kaali Peeli (taxi) ride, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, and that recognisable skyline, it celebrates the essence of Mumbai.
