Kevin Pieterson is someone who needs no introduction. He’s been one of the most dreaded and stylish batsmen to have ever played international cricket. The former English cricketer was a sensation of his times and the sensation of then is in awe of the sensation of the present times.

Kevin Pieterson is all praises for Virat Kohli and he has declared already that “Virat Kohli is the greatest batsman of his generation.” As India walked out to play Sri Lanka in the third Test today at Kotla, Virat Kohli came up with another brilliant century and this time he got it of just 110 balls.

He also reached his 5000 Test runs and became the fourth fastest Indian to do so as he took 63 matches to reach here. Responding to Kohli’s great consistency and the hunger for runs, Kevin Pieterson in a Tweet called Kohli as being the greatest batsman of his generation and also said that Kohli is about a different level altogether.

Kevin Pieterson has represented England in 104 tests and 136 ODIs. He was the favourite English cricketers of cricket fans of England throughout his career.

Kevin Pieterson Wrote A Special Message For Virat Kohli On Twitter

He finished his career with handsome averages of 47.29 and 40 in Tests and ODIs respectively. This compliment would surely mean a lot to Kohli since Pieterson is one the most interesting cricketing personalities that ever existed. KP made his debut in 2005 in the iconic Ashes and then there was no looking back for him.
