The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will be hosting the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Friday evening at the Eden Gardens, in Kolkata, for match number 19 of IPL 2023.

Heroics from Shardul Thakur vs RCB and then from Rinku Singh vs GT meant KKR have won their last two games after a loss in their first match. A victory today will take them to the top of the points table.

SRH won their first match of the season, in their last game, against PBKS, after defeats in their first two matches. They are currently 9th in the points table.
