Team India’s star opener KL Rahul couldn’t stop smiling as he made his first-ever red carpet appearance with his girlfriend and Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty. The couple who recently made their relationship official made their first-ever public appearance as they attended the premiere of Ahan Shetty’s debut movie Tadap on Wednesday.
This was KL Rahul and Athiya Shett’s first public appearance as a couple. The two often share adorable posts for each other on social media. Athiya has also accompanied him on almost all his recent cricket tours. While they are often seen interacting with each other on social media platforms for quite some time, but the duo has refrained from giving personal information about their bonding and relationship.
Meanwhile, at the event, the duo posed for the cameras at the premiere of ‘Tadap’, the debut movie of Ahan Shetty, the son of Suniel Shetty.
The upcoming movie ‘Tadap’ also stars Tara Sutaria and the trailers of the film have been receiving praises from all over. During the photo session at the event, Ahad was seen with his long-time girlfriend Tania Shroff, with whom he has been in a relationship for the last six years.
When Athiya’s family members were giving poses together, KL Rahul was hesitant as to where to stand. This is when Suniel Shetty came to his rescue and asked him to stand with his daughter.

Earlier in June, when Athiya had traveled with KL Rahul for the World Test Championship Final in England, Rahul had listed Athiya as his partner, reportedly.
Recently, KL Rahul sent social media into a meltdown by sharing a heartfelt birthday post for Athiya Shetty. KL Rahul had shared a couple of adorable photos to wish his lady love on her special day, confirming their relationship.
