Riding on the amazing performances of its batsmen, team Australia won both the ODI matches by huge margins, taking a 2-0 lead in the three-match series. The Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell has left everyone stunned with his ‘rediscovered’ form in the ongoing ODI series against India.
In the first ODI, Glenn Maxwell scored a quickfire knock of 45 runs from 19 balls. The powerful knock was followed by a blistering unbeaten knock of 63 off 29 deliveries in the second ODI at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Well, for the unversed, throughout the entire 13th edition of the IPL, Glenn Maxwell was seen struggling to get going in the UAE as he was guilty of throwing away his wickets, more often than not. Despite the team management and skipper KL Rahul showing faith in him, Maxwell was not able to perform with the bat after having sealed a deal worth Rs 10.75 crore.
Because of the same, the cricketer has found himself at the receiving end of trolling. Fans on social media are trolling him left right and center for his re-defined form.
Among many, Kings XI Punjab’s batting coach and former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer, also took to his Twitter and trolled Glenn Maxwell hilariously.
Well, Wasim Jaffer has been ruling the micro-blogging site Twitter for a long time now with his hilarious tweets and amazing memes. He never disappoints the fans when it comes to memes. Recently, he was at it again as he took a hilarious dig at the Australian cricketer Maxwell after his brilliant performance for his team.
In his team, Wasim Jaffer came up with a hilarious meme featuring Naseeruddin Shah, who can be seen telling his iconic dialogue, “Gunaah Hai Yeh! (This is a crime!)”
