Lockie Ferguson Broke Umran Malik’s IPL 2022 Record
With this delivery, he became the fastest bowler of the season, breaking the record of SunRisers Hyderabad’s Umran Malik — 157 KMPH. Earlier in the season, Umran Malik had bowled the fastest delivery of IPL 2022, when he clocked his arm at the speed of 157 KMPH in the 20th over against Delhi Capitals in Mumbai. Also, Lockie Ferguson has now joined Shaun Tait to hold the record for the fastest delivery ever in IPL.
Talking about the performance of Ferguson in IPL 2022, he has been at his peak throughout the season and has already taken 12 wickets from 13 games. Though, he has turned out to be a little expensive at the economy of 9.02 this season but has consistently scared the batters with his raw pace and stunning yorkers.
