“#MaukaMauka” Trends Again: The Indian cricket fans gatecrashed the party last night on social media after the Australian cricket team thrashed Pakistan in the semi-final round of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021. The Aussies thrashed the Pakistan cricket team by 5 wickets and an over to spare at the Dubai International Stadium to book their final spot against New Zealand on November 14.
While the Australian fans were thrilled after making it to the finals, it is Indian fans who are much happier after Pakistan’s exit from the World Cup.
The Babar Azam-led Pakistani team was invincible throughout the tournament and it is going to be a hard defeat to swallow. They won all the games of the tournament and remained the only unbeaten team on the league stage however, they failed at the most crucial game and were shown the exit from the World Cup tournament.
Meanwhile, soon after the clash the Indian cricket fans took to Twitter and started trending ‘mauka mauka’ once again and started a hilarious meme fest on Twitter. There were many who told the Pakistani side that they are waiting for them at the airport.

Earlier in the game, Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman played knocks of 67 and 55 to help Pakistan register a target of 176 runs. However, their stunning knocks went into vain. Not just this, Shadab Khan’s bowling effort where he picked the crucial wickets of David Warner (49), Steve Smith (5), Mitchell Marsh (28), and Glenn Maxwell (7 ) went into vain.
Matthew Wade changed the game for Australians as he went bonkers with the bat in the 19th over and took his side to the finals.
