Raj Limbani’s exceptional bowling setup led to the dismissal of Sam Konstas in the Under-19 World Cup finals. After bowling seven consecutive dot balls, Limbani delivered an inswinging delivery that crashed into Konstas’ middle stump, securing a breakthrough for India. Limbani finished with figures of 3/38 in his 10 overs, displaying brilliance against Australia in the crucial match. Konstas attempted a drive but missed the inswinger completely.

Australia Under-19 faced an early setback, losing their first wicket at 16 runs in the third over. Despite India Under-19’s strong start with the ball, Harry Dixon and Hugh Weibgen formed a promising partnership, each scoring over 40 runs. However, they fell short of reaching their half-century before being dismissed, leaving their team’s total below 100.

The ICC shared a video of Raj Limbani’s remarkable delivery that dismissed Sam Konstas in the ICC Under-19 World Cup finals, describing it as “Beaten all ends up.” This delivery, considered one of the tournament’s finest, occurred during the finals. India has previously defeated Australia twice in the Under-19 World Cup finals, in 2012 and 2018.
