What a sensational knock from KL Rahul. The Lucknow Super Giants skipper KL Rahul led his side from the front as he played a captain’s knock against Mumbai Indians to help his side post a huge total on the scoreboard.
After being asked to bat first, KL Rahul walked out to open the innings with Quinton de Kock. KL and Quinton de Kock gave a flying start to Lucknow Super Giants as they added 52 runs but this partnership came to an end in the sixth over. Following this, he formed a stunning 72-run stand with Manish Pandey, who departed after scoring 38 runs.

Yes, you read that right. KL was playing his 100th IPL game today and what would have been a better way to celebrate the occasion with a century? He is also the first batter from Lucknow Super Giants to score a century. KL’s sensational knock of 103 runs was laced with 9 fours and 5 sixes.
