Batting maestro Virat Kohli and LSG’s pacer Naveen-ul-Haq came face to face during the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants with both the players involved in a heated argument twice during the game at Ekana Stadium on Monday.

It all started after Naveen and Kohli had a go at each other in the 17th over of the LSG’s innings before they came face-to-face against each other and had to be separated while shaking hands at the end of the match after RCB won the game by 18 runs.
After a verbal spat with Naveen, Kohli also got into a verbal altercation with LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir and as a result, the trio was fined heavily by the BCCI for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct.
On Tuesday morning, Kohli took to his social media and shared a cryptic story, which might have come in response to the reports that have been surfacing on social media over the ugly spat that took place on-field. The message in Kohli’s story read:
“Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.”
Naveen hit back with an Instagram story:
Well, after Kohli, the Afghanistan pacer took his Instagram story and fired back at the former Indian captain. He wrote a cryptic message which appeared to be a sly dig at Kohli. He wrote:
“You get what you deserved that’s how it should be and that’s how it goes,”

Meanwhile, after the match, Naveen revealed the heated conversation that took place between Kohli and him. He revealed:
“Always ready to take advice and give respect, cricket is a gentleman’s game but if someone says you all are under our feet and will stay there then he is not only talking about me but also talking about my people.”
