India’s pace sensation Mohammed Siraj has been receiving praises from all corners for his stunning performances. All thanks to his terrific performances for the Indian side, which has resulted in some famous wins of India, Siraj has become one of the most talked-about cricketers lately.

Siraj, who made his debut for India in the tour of Australia last year, has produced some top-notch performances in the short span of his career with the Indian Test side. In fact, in his debut series, he returned as India’s highest wicket-taker, playing a key role in the historic 2-1 series win, including the remarkable Gabba win.

During the second Test match against England at Lord’s, which India won by 151 runs, Siraj bowled his heart out. He looked in great rhythm throughout the game, picking eight crucial wickets of the opponents in both the innings of the game combined.

Impressed with the terrific show produced by Siraj, Pakistan’s popular sports journalist Zainab Abbas heaped praises on the Indian pacer and called him a ‘world-class bowler’. She has become a fan of Siraj’s bowling skills. Praising Siraj in her latest video, she said:

‘Mohammed Siraj is becoming a world-class bowler. The way he took wickets in Australia and now at Lord’s also he has taken wickets. Siraj has the speed, he has the ability to keep the ball under control. He takes the ball outside and his line length is amazing.”

She also talked about Jasprit Bumrah and the way he performed both with the bat and the ball. She explained how Jasprit’s partnership with Shami changed the whole game. She said:

‘The amount of praise that is given to Bumrah will be less. Ishant Sharma bowled well. Mohammed Shami should not be forgotten. Shami also batted wonderfully. His partnership with Bumrah turned the whole game upside down.”

She added:

“There is no tail batsman in today’s cricket. Apart from being a good bowler, you should also know how to bat. This is the demand of Test cricket. The pitch has been good for batting. You can’t play like the 90s. Whoever plays good cricket, you have to praise him.”

Furthermore, Zainab praised India for their fighting spirit while criticizing England for their disappointing run in the game. She said:

“There is a passion to fight within Team India. This team is never one to give up. This belief makes you win matches. Talking about the performance of England, it was very disappointing. He gave the match of his hand to India.”
