Does Rahul Dravid have children? How many son Dravid has?
India head coach Rahul Dravid has two sons – 18 year-old Samit and 14-year-old Amway. Both play cricket at junior level in Karnataka.
On Saturday, Samit was playing an U19 match v Uttarakhand in Mysuru in the U-19 Cooch Behar Trophy, while Anway featured in the U16 Match v Uttarakhand in Vijayawada.
Dravid’s elder son, Samit, turned 18 earlier this year and has also represented Karnataka in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy.
A fan on Twitter, with Twitter handle @manujaveerappa, uploaded a picture of Dravid and his wife, Vijeta, sitting at the ground in Mysore where Samit was playing.

Rahul Dravid renews contract with BCCI until at least T20 World Cup 2024
Meanwhile, earlier this week, the BCCI confirmed that Dravid had accepted their offer to extend his contract as India’s head coach. While the BCCI didn’t mention the tenure of the extension, Cricbuzz reported that it is until the next year’s T20 World Cup in the West Indies in June. After that, they will decide more on Dravid’s future.
Dravid was initially reluctant to continue after the World Cup 2023 final, but the board wanted him to continue for another 7 months at leas.
Dravid had taken over the head coach role in November 2021. India had expected an ICC silverware from Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma, and the team even came very close but lost in the World Cup 2023 final.
