Ramesh Srivats Posted A Hilarious Tweet On India’s New Adidas Jersey: On Thursday, Adidas India revealed the new jerseys of the Indian cricket team. The company signed a five-year contract with the Board of Control of Cricket (BCCI) in May and became the official kit sponsor for the Indian cricket team.

Adidas Revealed India’s New Jersey

The Indian cricket board (BCCI), in May, confirmed a multi-year partnership with Adidas as the kit sponsor for the Indian men’s and women’s cricket teams across multiple age groups.

Adidas took to social media to share a glimpse of the jerseys, much to the excitement of fans, who were eagerly waiting for the design of the new Adidas jerseys.

“An iconic moment. An iconic stadium. Introducing the new Team India Jerseys,” Adidas wrote, while using the Wankhede Stadium as the backdrop for the jersey unveiling.

Meanwhile, BCCI also took to their official Twitter account and shared a glimpse of the new kit. Unveiling the jersey, the BCCI wrote:

“To every cricket fan out there, this one’s for you.”Presenting the all new T20 Jersey – One Blue Jersey by @mpl_sport #HarFanKiJersey #TeamIndia #MPLSports #CricketFandom”

Meanwhile, the fans gave mixed reactions to the new kit of the Indian cricket team. While most of them felt nostalgic, others drew comparisons to the kit that the team sported during the 2015 ODI World Cup. there were many who came up with hilarious memes and jokes while reacting to the new jersey.

Among many, Ramesh Srivats, entrepreneur and a Twitter celeb, also came up with a hilarious meme on the new kit. He wrote:

“Coloured without collar – Hardik in T20.
Collared without colour – Rohit in Test Match.
Coloured & collared – Kohli in ODI.
No colour, no collar – Paresh Rawal in Hera Pheri.”
