Rashmika was one of the star performers along with Arijit Singh and Tamannah Bhatia at the IPL 2023 opening ceremony. She entertained the crowd at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad with her sizzling dance performance.
Recently, in an interaction with Star Sports, Rashmika Mandanna revealed that her favorite cricketer is neither MS Dhoni nor Rohit Sharma but batting maestro Virat Kohli. She revealed that Kohli is her favorite cricketer because of his swagger. She said:
“Virat Sir, he is a swagger, he is awesome,”

Further, Rashmika also said that since she is from Bengaluru, she whole-heartedly supports Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL. She said: “I am from Bangalore, I am from Karnataka and we have ‘Ee Sala Cup Namde’ slogan going on so I think that just carried on. I hope this time IPL I can go and see RCB play,”
Talking about Royal Challengers Bangalore, the Faf du Plessis isn’t having a great season in the IPL 2023. They are currently sitting in the 6th position in the IPL 2023 points table, having won 4 and lost 4 of their 8 games. Virat has been in great form this season scoring 333 runs.
