Ravindra Jadeja has not been in the best of forms in the ongoing eleventh edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2018). He has struggled to make an impact with both bat and ball and this is why fans, including CSK fans, have been trolling him on social media.
In the last 12 months or so, Jadeja has lost some form and has been struggling across all formats of the game. It was due to his ordinary performances in limited overs cricket that selectors started picking Kuldeep Yadav ahead of him.
When CSK decided to retain him, fans were hoping that their ‘Sir Jadeja’ would turn things around and once again win the love and respect of fans with his good performances. But, unfortunately for them and Ravindra Jadeja, that didn’t happen.
MS Dhoni has persisted with Jadeja despite his poor performances and this has triggered some anger among CSK fans. After every poor performance by Jadeja, fans on social media demand that he should be dropped from the playing XI, but MS Dhoni, as always, has his own way of doing things.
However, in the match against RCB on Saturday, Ravindra Jadeja made a huge impact by taking the crucial wicket of Virat Kohli. And, in fact, he couldn’t believe what he did. He was so stunned with himself that he couldn’t even celebrate and this gave an opportunity to Twitterati to troll him, once again.
