Star Indian keeper-batter Rishabh Pant has been recovering well from the injuries that he sustained during the fatal accident last December. Pant has kept his fans updated by regularly posting pictures and videos from his recovery journey on social media.
India Will Miss Rishabh Pant In WTC Final 2023
India will miss his presence when they will take on Australia in the upcoming ICC World Test Championship Final at the Oval in London, kickstarting June 7. Pant has been the leader of the attack for India in the batting department in Test cricket in the last few years, therefore, his absence in the WTC final for India will be felt the most.
Time and again, Pant, who was India’s hero during the historic Gabba win, has single-handedly destroyed the opposition bowling attack.
Pant Is Missing Cricket
Meanwhile, with the WTC Final 2023 just around the corner, fans have been missing Pant already because of his attacking style and the entertainment that he provides on the field.
Ahead of the summit clash, Wisden India via their official Twitter handle shared a heartfelt post for Pant saying that every cricket fan is missing his presence on-field. Sharing the heartfelt message, Wisden India shared some of the memories of Rishabh Pant from the Test games. Wisden India wrote:
“Rishabh Pant, we miss you. ♥️
Sincerely, every cricket lover across the world.”
Rishabh Pant was quick to notice the Tweet and come up with a reply to it. Responding to the Tweet, Pant came up with a beautiful reply, that read: “I am also missing playing cricket,”
