Chennai Super Kings are all set to take on defending champions Gujarat Titans in the final showdown of the ongoing 2023 edition of the Indian Premier League. Ahead of the final clash, several reports of a rift between MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja surfaced on social media.
Rift Between MS Dhoni And Ravindra Jadeja?
Even a video of Ravindra Jadeja having an animated conversation with the CEO of the team, Kasi Vishwanathan went viral on the internet. The clip came after CSK’s group game against Delhi Capitals. Dhoni was unimpressed after Jadeja attempted to outclass DC skipper David Warner with pace, despite the skipper repeatedly asking him to take the pace off the ball so as to make it a bit tough for the Australian to score.
But eventually, CSK ended up winning the game and moved to the qualifier, where they defeated GT and booked a place for the summit clash.
Later on, Jadeja took to his social media and posted cryptic messages such as one of his posts with the caption ‘Karma’ and another post that was a dig at the fans, it read: ‘Upstox knows but..some fans don’t’ after he received the ‘most valuable player of the game’ for his performance in the qualifier.
Even Ravindra Jadeja’s wife, Rivaba Jadeja also shared his post via her official social media account and asked him to follow his own path. She wrote:: “Follow your own Path.”
Her Tweet added more fuel to the rumors and fans started believing that things are not well between the two stalwarts.
Rivaba Jadeja Ended All The Rumors
However, that’s not the truth. Rivaba has herself (unintentionally) ended all the speculations behind the rift rumors. On Sunday, Chennai Super Kings shared a video of MS Dhoni via their official Instagram handle. In their video, CSK shared a few glimpses of MS Dhoni practicing ahead of the final match. Sharing the video, CSK wrote: “Our Foreve7 Singam! 🦁”

Meanwhile, the post went viral in no time and was flooded with comments. However, it was the comment of Rivaba Jadeja that not just stole all the attention but also ended all the speculations regarding the rift. She wrote: “Yellow army💛🌞”
