Rohit Sharma Arrives In Dharamshala On A Chopper Ahead Of 5th Test
The decision to travel by helicopter might have been influenced by the unavailability of regular flights and the extreme weather conditions in the region. Weather forecasts indicate that the upcoming match, scheduled to start on March 7, could experience temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius, possibly even dropping to single digits. These predictions suggest extremely cold conditions at the venue, with the possibility of snowfall.

Australian player David Warner notably took a helicopter ride to make it to a game in the Big Bash League 2023-24. His chopper touched down at the Sydney Cricket Ground just moments before the scheduled start of the match, ensuring he arrived promptly.
