Yuvraj Singh, one of Team India’s greatest match-winners in white-ball cricket, is celebrating his 40th birthday today. Yuvi is regarded as one of the finest all-rounders in white-ball cricket. The star cricketer has played an instrumental role in Team India’s twin World Cup win. His heroics in the 2007 ICC World T20 and the 2011 World Cup are still fresh in everyone’s memories.
As the star cricketer turned 40 on Sunday, social media was flooded with amazing reactions and wishes for the legendary batter on his special day. From cricketers, experts to fans, everyone took to Twitter to wish the iconic batter on his birthday.
Among many, legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who shares a great camaraderie with Yuvraj Singh also took to his Twitter and hailed Yuvraj Singh on his special day. In his Tweet, Sachin Tendulkar expressed how he has shared some of the most memorable moments with Yuvi on and off the field. He wished the ‘superstar’ a great birthday. He wrote:

Meanwhile, on his birthday, Yuvraj Singh has made a special announcement for his fans. The cricketer has decided to enter the NFT, or non-fungible token, space. Yuvi took to his Twitter and shared a promotional video alongwith the announcement for the fans. He wrote
“Being there from ball 1 to the time I decided to hang up my jersey, the fans have always been with me. Thank you for cheering in my highs and giving strength in my lows. On my birthday, I’m proud to announce a special gift for you,”
