Senior India pacer Jasprit Bumrah is currently at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore, where he is rehabilitating for the back injury that ruled him out of the Asia Cup 2022, ongoing in the UAE.

Bumrah would be eyeing the home white-ball matches against Australia (3 T20Is) and South Africa (3 T20Is and 3 ODIs), starting September 20, for his comeback before flying to Australia for the T20 World Cup in mid-October.

If not for the Australia and South Africa series, India will want their spearhead fast bowler fit, fresh and ready to attack by October 23 when they take on Pakistan in their first Super 12 match at the T20 World Cup 2022 in Melbourne.

Sanjana Ganesan’s hilarious reply to a troll has gone viral

Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah’s wife, Sanjana Ganesan, recently hit back at a troller in a hilarious manner on Instagram.

On Monday afternoon Sanjana posted a picture of herself and Jasprit Bumrah from one of their vacations earlier.

“just a lovely #throwback photo of Jasprit, me and Jasprit’s sneakers (the real stars of this picture),” she captioned the post.

Under this one fan lamented Bumrah for vacationing while Team India lost the Asia Cup 2022 Super 4 match against Pakistan in Dubai on Sunday night.

“Wahan IND ki maa bahin pade hui hai or yeh gum rahe” (the Indian team is damaged currently in Asia Cup and they are holidaying), this social media user wrote.

In amongst the most savage replies, Sanjana Ganesan pointed out the user that she’d mentioned it as a throwback picture.

Sanjana quipped: “throwback photo hai dikhta hai nahi hai kya, chomu aadmi?” (can’t you see it’s a throwback picture, you foolish man(is what I’d presume the translation of ‘chomu’ would be)”

Sanjana’s epicly amusing reply received thousands of likes and laughter reactions from fans.

Meanwhile, Bumrah spent some time with youngsters at the NCA. He recalled the time when he was a youngster and feeding off information and lessons from seniors. Now, he cherished this opportunity to pass on his knowledge to youngsters.

“Not long ago, I was on the other side, learning, observing and grasping everything I could. Which is why it means a lot to me to be able to use the knowledge I have today to help youngsters along the way,” Bumrah captioned his post.
