Rinku Singh had a breakthrough IPL 2023 season where he finished as the highest run-scorer for KKR, despite batting in the middle-order position and in the mercurial role of a finisher.
Rinku emerged as arguably the best finisher of the IPL 2023. The left-hander cracked 474 runs at an average of 59 and a strike rate of 149 with the help of 4 half-centuries to his name. Rinku’s most memorable feat came against Gujarat Titans when he smacked left-arm pacer Yash Dayal for 5 sixes in 5 balls with 28 runs needed off 5 balls.
Singh broke the internet with his sensational hitting display and doing it on a consistent basis earned him great plaudits. Not least from KKR owner Shah Rukh Khan who also promised to dance at Rinku’s wedding in the future.
Recently, on Sunday, SRK did a QnA session with his fans on Twitter where he delivered the highest praise for KKR Star Batter
When a fan asked SRK “One word about KKR KA BACCHAAAAA Rinku Singh?” the Bollywood superstar replied in style, saying that Rinku is the “Baap” of everyone.
“Rinku is Baaapppp!! Not bacha a!!” King Khan replied, delivering huge commends for the youngster.

Earlier, during the IPL 2023 season, following his initial heroics, KKR Star Batter met SRK where the Bollywood mega-star appreciated his efforts for the team and promised to dance at his wedding.
“Sir (Shah Rukh Khan) called me after that. He was talking about my marriage. SRK said people call me for their marriage, I don’t go. Mein teri shaadi mein aunga naachne (I will come to your wedding to dance),” Rinku Singh told JioCinema.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Rinku is expected to get a his maiden India T20I call-up for the 5 T20I matches series in West Indies next month.
