A different team India is gearing up for the upcoming limited-overs series against Sri Lanka, which will kickstart next month. With most of the top-tie cricketers currently in England, veteran Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan will be seen leading the young India team in Sri Lanka.

Meanwhile, ahead of the much-awaited tour to Sri Lanka, Shikhar Dhawan alongwith his deputy for the series, Bhuvneshwar Kumar are bonding up. And the same is evident through the latest post of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

On Friday, BCCI took to their social media and shared a picture of Dhawan and Bhuvi, where both the cricketers can be seen playing football on a PlayStation. Sharing the tweet, BCCI wrote:

“Playstation Time! Who is winning this – @SDhawan25 or @BhuviOfficial?”,

Meanwhile, the Indian cricket team is currently in quarantine in Mumbai and the team is expected to fly soon to Sri Lanka, where they will play intra-squad games in order to prepare themselves for the upcoming white-ball series.

Shikhar Dhawan, who will be seen leading the Indian cricket team for the first time in his career, will be looking forward to leaving a mark with his performance and cement his place in the Indian squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup.

Talking about the upcoming tour to Sri Lanka, the three-match ODI series will be played between July 13 to July 18, and later both the teams will be seen playing three T20s on July 21, 23, and 25. All the matches of the upcoming tour will be played at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
