India’s out-of-favor batter Shikhar Dhawan has turned into a cop in ‘Singham’ style ahead of the much-awaited 2023 edition of the Indian Premier League. A video of Dhawan has gone insanely viral on social media, where he can be seen dressed up as a cop.
Shikhar Dhawan Turns Cop For Kundali Bhagya
On Monday, Dhawan shared a video on his Instagram account. Sharing the video, Dhawan wrote: “Aali Re Aali! Aata Tujhi Baari Aali! Coming Soon With Something New.”

In the viral video, Dhawan could be seen wearing a police uniform and fighting with the goons and at the end of the video the goons surrender to him.
If reports are to be believed then Dhawan will be seen in one of the episodes of the very popular show Kundali Bhagya and will be seen playing the role of a cop.
Kundali Bhagya actress Anjum Fakih also shared a few pictures with the cricketer on Instagram and wrote, “Dhawan bhi aur Dabangg bhi… @shikhardofficial sir ji Thank you kappu for this one @kapursahab.”

This isn’t the first time that Dhawan is trying his hands at acting. A few months back he made his Bollywood debut in the movie Double XL starring Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi directed by Satram Ramani which was released last year on November 4. He was a part of Huma Qureshi’s dream sequence in the movie where in he was seen dancing with the actress.

Talking about his professional front, Dhawan will be soon seen leading Punjab Kings in IPL 2023. He has been sweating it hard ahead of the upcoming season. The 37-year-old is the second-highest run-getter in the history of IPL scoring 6244 runs in 206 games. He also has two centuries and 47 fifties to his name in IPL.
