India’s young opener Shubman Gill has been making a lot of headlines these days both on and off the field. He has impressed one and all with his batting heroics. Since the start of 2023, Gill has played all 12 games for team India and has smashed 4 centuries. Gill scored his first century of 2023 on January 15 against Sri Lanka and then scored his maiden ODI double-century in the next game against New Zealand in Hyderabad on January 18. Gill continued his brilliant form and scored another century in the third ODI. Followed by this, Gill smashed his maiden T20I century as well in the series decider of the 3-match T20I series against New Zealand.
Shubman has become a new sensation among cricket fans and has gained a lot of female fan following. In fact, during the match, as he slammed this century, a young woman was seen with this placard cheering for this future Indian cricket star. The message on the placard read: “Tinder, Shubman se match karado”.

The picture has been making rounds on the internet and has caught everyone’s attention. Adding more spice to the cute moment, Indian senior pacer Umesh Yadav, took to his social media and poked fun at Shubman by sharing multiple pictures of hoardings in Nagpur city that featured the pictures of the viral fangirl with a placard. On the hoardings, it was written, “Shubman idhar toh dekh lo”. Sharing the pictures, Umesh wrote:

Taking note of Umesh Yadav’s tweet, Shubman Gill has finally reacted to the fangirl’s request as he shared a video of himself. In the video, Gill can be seen showing off his swag and later showing his Tinder profile in which his bio read: “Tera hero idhar hai”.
Sharing the video, he came up with an epic caption, that read: “Dekh toh liya, ab tum dekho theek se. @Tinder_India made me do it #TinderIndia #ad.”
