Sourav Ganguly picks his ‘All Time XI’

Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly picked his all ‘All Time XI’ and as expected it is one hell of a team to be playing against, Ganguly, who is one of the most successful Indian captains, picked two India in his All Time XI and both of them are batsmen. Ganguly picked Rahul Dravid at no. 3 and Sachin Tendulkar at 4 in his All Time XI.

While picking the openers, Ganguly said, he was tempted to pick Virender Sehwag, but for the sheer number of runs at a young age, he picked England’s Test captain Alastair Cook alongside Australia’s Matthew Hayden. Ganguly also picked Australian legend Ricky Ponting, South Africa’s stalwart Jack Kallis and Sri Lanka’s leading run-scorer in Test cricket Kumar Sangakkara.

In the bowling department, Ganguly picked Glen McGrath, Dale Steyn, Shane Warne and Muttiah Muralitharan. Watch the video here:
