Stuart Broad Revealed The Name Of His Favorite IPL Team
In 2011, Stuart Broad secured his first IPL deal with the Punjab Kings (formerly Kings XI Punjab). However, he couldn’t play in the tournament due to a side strain. Despite being retained by the Punjab franchise for IPL 2012, Broad opted out of the competition once again.
England cricketer Jos Buttler remains with the Rajasthan Royals. Alongside him, Stuart Broad’s past teammates like Joe Root, Ben Stokes, and Jofra Archer have also represented the team. Broad mentioned he also appreciates the team’s pink color.
“Generally, I try and support my friends, whoever they are playing for. I must admit Rajasthan Royals, where Jos Buttler is, and Jofra Archer who used to be. Looking like a really good franchise and I quite like the pink kit,”
