Former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is celebrating his 42nd birthday today, on July 7th, 2023. The legendary captain and keeper-batter is hailed as one of the most celebrated sportspersons from India. Having won all the major ICC trophies –  T20 World Cup 2007, 50-over World Cup 2011, and Champions Trophy 2013 – under his Team India’s captaincy tenure, MS Dhoni is considered as one of the greatest minds to have ever played the game of cricket.

As MS Dhoni turned 42, social media has been buzzing with amazing reactions and tributes to the legendary cricketer. Fans on social media are leaving no stone unturned to make the birthday even more special for the legend. Suresh Raina Wrote A Heartfelt Birthday Message For MS Dhoni

Among many, former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina, who shares a close bond with Dhoni, also took to his social media and paid a heartwarming tribute to his friend and former teammate. Raina was one of the first people to wish Dhoni on his birthday.

In his Tweet, Raina shared some beautiful moments from his career featuring Dhoni. Sharing the video montage, with the background song “Wo Din Bhi Kya Din The….”, Raina called Dhoni his ‘guiding light’ and ‘big brother’. He wrote a heartfelt message for MSD, that read:
