The Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) captain KL Rahul got trolled by Suryakumar Yadav and Ritiak Sajdeh after his latest funny advertisement with his father-in-law, Suniel Shetty, a Bollywood mega-star. KL Rahul is married to Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya.

Rahul, who is set to make his return to action in the IPL 2024 from a thigh injury, appeared in a hilarious advertisement with Suniel Shetty and former Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma.

In the video, Suniel Shetty, who lives in Mumbai and has been a huge MI supporter since the start of the IPL, is sitting along with Rohit Sharma when KL Rahul comes in to take away his father-in-law. However, Shetty hilariously refuses to go with Rahul and says for the IPL, his son is Rohit.

Check out Suryakumar Yadav and Ritika Sajdeh’s reactions to KL Rahul’s video with Suniel Shetty:

Last year, LSG finished third on the points table before losing to Mumbai Indians in the Eliminator. This season, they have a change in the coaching department as Andy Flower and Gautam Gambhir have left and Justin Langer is appointed as the new head coach.

Further, in a big update, Rahul has reportedly decided to bat in the middle-order to make a case for himself for selection in India’s T20I team for the T20 World Cup. With the top four spots already sealed, Rahul is aiming for a middle-order wicket-keeper’s spot in the T20 team.

Lucknow’s first match is on March 24th against Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur.
