Indian pacers were right on the money and the two pacers, Nagarkoti and Shivam Mahi picked 3 each.

Defending a total of 328, Indian pacers bowled exceptionally well and produced some great pace. While Shivam Mahi picked 3 for 45, Nagarkoti scalped 3 for just 29.

2. Got wickets at regular intervals

In limited overs cricket, picking up wickets at regular intervals is very important. India made sure that they keep picking wickets at crucial stages to push back the Aussies each time they started to see some hope.
3. India was clinical in the field

India fielded well defending the large total. The Aussies on the other hand were unexpectedly shabby in the field. This was one area where India outsmarted the Aussies.

5. Shubham Gill’s Heroics

The vice captain played a swanky knock of 63 from just 54 balls. His knock was really important after the departure of Shaw from the crease.
