On 19th of December, Irfan Pathan and his wife Safa Baig became parents to their baby boy. This had to see some upcoming love by the fan following of Mr. Pathan. The social media has been congratulating him since then. Being his usual calm and polite self, Irfan gave a fitting reply to a fan named Divyanshu Raj who had cogartulated him on being blessed with a baby boy but taunted him to not name him Daud or a Yakub.
Yes! It has finally come to this that celebrity kids will have to be named according to the will of the fans of their parents. Because if not, you’ll have a helluva of twitterati. This comes in wake of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan naming their new-born baby boy Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi. The name was not received well by a lot of people on social media given the history attached to the name ‘Taimur’. Kareena and Saif were trolled for naming their son that. Irfan said irrespective of what name they give their baby boy what is certain is that he would go on to serve the country just like his father and his uncle referring to himself and his elder brother Yusuf Pathan. Totally so generous and much expected from Irfan Pathan. Now we know he has a lot more patience than exercised on the pitch.
