Rising Pune Supergiants’ captain, MS Dhoni, turned the clock back with his incredible hitting IN IPL 2016 against Kings XI Punjab on Saturday. With runs need off the last 2 balls, MS Dhoni smashed two massive sixes off Axar Patel’s bowling to seal the game for his team. Requiring 23 from the last over, RPS were in a spot of bother as they were staring at defeat in the final game. But, MS Dhoni showed great skills and smashed exactly 23 runs and took his team home in the most emphatic manner.
MS Dhoni’s shot selection was astute and he put a lot of pressure on young Axar Patel with his cool approach and extraordinary hitting. MSD has played many good innings for India and his IPL franchises, but this will always remain special because scoring 23 runs requires high level skills. Watch it here:
