VIDEO: MS Dhoni Showed Good Skills To Counter Awkward Bounce

MS Dhoni is, arguably, the best wicketkeeper in the world. He doesn’t have the best technique, but, just like his batting, has developed his own style, which is very effective.

Many cricket fans and pundits around the world say that Dhoni has the fastest hands behind the stumps. The speed with which he collects the ball and whips the bails off is second to one. He surprises opposition batter with his skill to get rid of the ball and take the bails off, more often than not. In fact, every batsman who plays against India in limited overs cricket, is always worried about his movement in the crease because of Dhoni’s brilliance with big gloves.

In the fifth and final match of the ongoing ODI series between India and Australia, there was a funny movement featuring Dhoni when one of the deliveries by Kuleep Yadav took off after pitching and Dhoni had to make a quick move to stop the ball from going to the boundary.

Dhoni was able to collect the ball and save a boundary but the way he did it and fall down after that, was too funny to watch. Virat Kohli, who was standing at first slip also saw the funny side of it and couldn’t hide his smile. Watch it here:
