MS Dhoni and his teammates turned the clock back after winning the 5-match ODI series against Sri Lanka. MS Dhoni and other members of the team, took a ride around the park on a multix car. The multix car which was used to serve drinks during breaks. Dhoni sat on the driving seat and other members somewhere managed to find room for themselves and drove the around the stadium.

India whitewashed Sri Lanka yet again and proved their dominance in the shorter format of the game. After whitewashing Sri Lanka in the Test series, India carried the same momentum and outplayed Sri Lanka in all three departments of the game, in the ODI series.

Almost every match resulted in easy victory for India. From Sri Lanka, only Akila Dananjaya troubled India with his outstanding spell of spin bowling in the second match, in which he picked 6 wickets. It was a spell that will talked about for many years to come.

Coming back to Team India’s victory lap on a multix car, Indian cricket fans erupted with joy on social media as they got to witness the good old style of celebrating a series win. It was great to young Indian team getting drove around the park by the most senior member of the game.

It was a series that will increase the stature of Virat Kohli and his young team in world cricket. It is true that Sri Lanka are no more the side they used to be till a couple of years ago, but the way India outplayed them in almost every innings of both the series, proves their quality and strength.
